Agile organization is seen as a comprehensive, efficient, and adaptable system that meets the needs of a rapidly changing business environment. Since company culture influences behaviors and, consequently, an organization's capabilities, this study examines whether organizations with different cultural types and ambitions to be agile can equally foster agile culture. Specifically, the study investigates how a functional agile culture impacts employees with both agile and non-agile mindsets across adhocracy, clan, market, and hierarchy cultures to build an agile organization. The study uses structural equation modeling (SEM) to analyze a total sample of 3871 knowledge workers: 1871 in 2025 (initial study), and 2000 in 2026 (replication), from the IT and other sectors mix (50%/50%). The attached datasets serve this study's purpose.
