Expression data of circTMEM45A knockdown in KYSE-150 cell line

The circTMEM45A was knocked down in KYSE-150 cells using siRNA, and the gene expression between the knockdown group and the negative control group was compared to explore the downstream molecular mechanism of circTMEM45A in esophageal cancer. After KYSE-150 cells were transfected with negative control si-NC or si-circTMEM45A, total RNA was extracted from the cells and used for transcriptome sequencing analysis.
