Conceptualizing goal-oriented motion events

These datasets accompany the study Conceptualizing Goal-Oriented Motion Events in Mandarin and Swedish. In the experiment, participants watched short video clips depicting goal-oriented motion events, described each event verbally, and subsequently completed a surprise recognition memory task. The datasets comprise trial-level data from the memory recognition task, including language group, trial type, stimulus ID, trial status (old/new), reaction time (in seconds), and response accuracy, and trial-level eye-tracking data exported from Tobii Pro Lab, including language group, trial information, fixation duration, and number of fixations.
