RNA sequencing of Dual-Responsive NPs

This project focuses on the RNA sequencing data from a study investigating the effects of nanoparticles (NPs) in treating ischemia reperfusion-induced acute kidney injury (AKI). The aim is to explore the therapeutic mechanism of NPs by analyzing the differentially expressed genes and enriched pathways. The data will provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying AKI and the potential role of NPs in its treatment.
