Demographics & clinical data: Age, sex, admission NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score.
Stroke-related medical history: Hypertension, diabetes, atrial fibrillation, hyperlipidemia, hyperhomocysteinemia.
Time metrics: Onset-to-MRI time; Onset-to-recanalization time

Definition of Hemorrhagic Transformation (HT) Post-MT:
HT criteria: No hemorrhage on pre-treatment CT, but hemorrhage detected on follow-up CT within 24 hours post-recanalization.
HT classification: Hemorrhagic infarction (HI); Parenchymal hematoma (PH)

3-Month Functional Outcome Assessment:
Assessment tool: Modified Rankin Scale (mRS).
Outcome classification: Good prognosis (mRS 0-2); Poor prognosis (mRS 3-6)
