Dataset for "Differential Association of Pteridine and Tryptophan Metabolism with Adiposity in Pediatric Type 1 Diabetes"

This dataset contains the data supporting the findings of the study entitled “Differential Association of Pteridine and Tryptophan Metabolism with Adiposity in Pediatric Type 1 Diabetes.”The dataset includes anonymized clinical, anthropometric, and biochemical measurements obtained from children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes.Variables include age, sex, diabetes duration, HbA1c, body composition parameters assessed by bioelectrical impedance analysis, serum pteridine derivatives, tryptophan (TRP), kynurenine (KYN), and calculated indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) activity.All data have been de-identified to ensure participant confidentiality.
