We report DNA resection length after induced double stranded breaks in specific genomic loci with the expression of the AsisI restriction enzyme Exponentially AsiSI-expressing MEFs with different Brca1 alleles with and without 53bp1 KO were treated with 1uM doxocyclin (DOX) for 24 hours with tamoxifen for the last 5h, resulting in the nuclear translocation of AsiSI BRCA1 alleles used in this study: CC: Deletion 4287 to 4295 Del 11: Deletion 874 to 4188
