Identifying gene locus associations with promyelocytic leukemia nuclear bodies using immuno-TRAP

Jurkat cells were probed by FISH for WDR90 and ABCA7 and immunolabelled for PML NBs (see additional images in this figure part). Shown is ABCA7 FISH of one of the several z- stacks used to calculate the mean minimal distance (mmd) of the ABCA7 locus from PML NBs.
