A sample is deemed qualified if its ΔE is less than 5. The ΔE value of the standard sample is 0, and the smaller the ΔE value, the smaller the color difference.
3. Isolation and Root Cause Traceability: Isolate samples with a ΔE greater than 5 for remelting, initiate the PDCA cycle, and trace the root causes of quality issues.
