Multiple sequence alignments of the major capsid proteins, minor capsid proteins, protease and ATPase found in the bamfordviruses that infect eukaryotes. These include a concatenated alignment and an alignment with E. coli phage PRD1 as an outgroup.
Files also include 38 HMM models used to search for protein homologoues.
