各类钙粉的水分含量是评价其质量的一项重要标准,一天中时间不同也会影响钙粉的水分含量,选择一天中早中晚三个时间对钙粉的水分含量进行检测,可以随时监控钙粉的脱水和干燥程度,使脱水和干燥成本降低到最低,控制电力成本并减少生产设备的损耗,水分含量对产品的质量也会产生直接的影响,若钙粉的水分含量过高,会造成钙粉团聚、结块,不利于存放,同时钙粉的水分含量过高会影响到产品的白度,本数据可为企业控制产品质量做出参考,为消费者提供选择依据。1、样本检测:选取一天中的早中晚对每批钙粉进行抽样检测,每次检测取样约10g,记录初始重量,运用烘干箱水分检测法,对样本进行烘干处理,试样在105±2℃烘箱内,常压下烘干,直至恒重,记录烘干后重量;2、数据运算:水分含量=(初始重量-干燥后重量)/初始重量*100%,将计算过的水分含量对比标准含量,综合判断该时间段的钙粉的水分含量是否合格;3、水分含量检测是钙粉等粉类产品的一个重要质量指标,本数据可为企业生产控制质量,为消费者选择做重要参考。

Moisture content is a critical quality evaluation criterion for various calcium powders. The time of day also exerts an influence on the moisture content of calcium powders. Detecting the moisture content at three time points—morning, noon, and evening—within a single day allows for real-time monitoring of the dehydration and drying degree of calcium powders, thereby minimizing dehydration and drying costs, controlling electricity expenses, and reducing the wear and tear of production equipment. Moisture content also has a direct impact on product quality: excessive moisture in calcium powders will lead to agglomeration and caking, which is detrimental to storage, and will also affect the whiteness of the products. This dataset can provide a reference for enterprises to control product quality and offer a basis for consumers to make purchasing choices. 1. Sample Testing: Samples were randomly taken from each batch of calcium powders at morning, noon and evening of a day. Approximately 10 grams of sample was collected for each test, with the initial weight recorded. The oven moisture detection method was adopted: the sample was dried in a normal-pressure oven at 105±2℃ until constant weight was achieved, and the post-drying weight was recorded. 2. Data Calculation: Moisture content = (Initial weight - Post-drying weight) / Initial weight × 100%. The calculated moisture content was compared with the standard content to comprehensively determine whether the moisture content of the calcium powder samples from that time period was qualified. 3. Moisture content detection is an important quality indicator for powdered products such as calcium powders. This dataset can help enterprises control product quality during production and provide an important reference for consumers when selecting products.
