Characterization of SARS-CoV-2–Specific B Cell Responses in Breakthrough and Multiple Infection Cohorts

We analyzed the B cell responses after infection in two cohorts: individuals with breakthrough infections following SARS-CoV-2 vaccination and individuals with multiple SARS-CoV-2 infections. Overall design: SARS-CoV-2–specific B cells were sorted from PBMCs obtained from both the breakthrough infection cohort and the multiple-infection cohort, and LIBRA-seq was used to assess their antigen reactivity to SARS-CoV-2 and gene expression profiles.
