We have employed a single cell RNA sequencing approach to study the nasal immune and epithelial cells landscape in People Living with HIV (PLHIV) and during the course of anti-retroviral uptake. The landscape ansal immunity is crucial for early control of respiratory pathogens including bacterian and viruses. Overall design: Cross-sectional observational cohort design recruiting HIV- adults, People Living with HIV on ART for less than three months and people living with HIV on ART for greater than one year. Nasal cells were collected from all the participants using a nasal curette from the inferior turbinate.Single cell suspensions were prepared and libraries were prepared using 10X 5' platform. Samples were sequenced on a NextSeq 5000
