To understand the impact of aging on lung tumor progression, we isolated lung tumor cells from Kras LSL-G12D/+; Trp53 fl/fl (KP) mouse models at different stage of tumor progression and performed single-cell sequencing on them. Aged (> 2 years old) and young (12-16 weeks old) Kras LSL-G12D/+; Trp53 fl/fl (KP) mouse models with or without reporter alleles were infected by adenoviral Cre recombinase and tumor cells at different tumor development were isolated for single-cell mRNA sequencing
