The role of the antibiotics during gastrointestinal colonization with OXA-162 and CTX-M-15 producing Klebsiella pneumoniae 5825 in mice The effect of various antibiotics were investigated on C57BL/6 mice orally colonized by OXA-162 and CTX-M-15 producing Klebsiella pneumoniae 5825. There rate of the gastrointestinal colonization with K. pneumoniae 5825, the copy number of the OXA-162 and CTX-M-15 genes and the composition of the microbiome were determined.
