code.zip – Python scripts used to generate all figures and perform the data analysis. DATA_FOR_FIGURES.zip – raw and processed data on soil oxidized nitrogen emissions used for the main figures. final_UNC.zip – output data from the atmospheric chemical transport model, including ambient ozone (O₃) and fine particulate matter (PM₂.₅) concentrations. box_model.zip – results from the box‐model simulations for carbon dioxide (CO₂), methane (CH₄), and nitrous oxide (N₂O).
