To test the antiinflammation mechanism of QT-NP on plaque degradation, we next performed genomic analyses on aorta artery from treated mice, and the number of differentially expressed (DE) genes indicated that MA-QT-NP induced maximum number of DE genes in comparison to QT-NP and CD-MA. Then, the gene expression profiling of mouse inflammation-related genes was screened out . These gene expression data were analyzed by several bioinformatics approaches
