This examination explored the near effects of various bio-stimulants on pyrene degradation, prokaryotic community compositions, and functions.This work provides new insight into the bacterial degradation of pyrene using the bio-stimulation technique. It suggests that it is equally necessary to investigate the community structure and functions along with studying their impacts on degradation when devising a bio-stimulation technology
