资源简介:
Here we examine D. melanogaster abdominal tissue at two different life stages (newly eclosed 0-1 hour) and adult (3-8 days) in females. We find that for genes expressed in both stages, cis effects are robust to the developmental stage. We also show that cis effects can be readily detected by comparing allele imbalance between two crosses sharing a maternal allele, as well as in direct comparisons of alleles within an individual.
