This dataset includes all the data collected and analysed for the paper titled "Sex Differences in Prelimbic Cortex Calcium Dynamics During Stress and Fear Learning", published in the
journal Biology of Sex Differences. The dataset includes all the ms.mat and sfp.mat files (Matlab), for every animal, product of the deconvolution of the Miniscope videos. The Excel files report the freezing data of all animals for all the different stages of FC and FE.
The images report the histological analysis on the slices.
