This study uses Digital Elevation Model (DEM) data in the EPS, with a spatial resolution of 30 m × 30 m (from http://www.gscloud.cn), and processed using ArcGIS 10.7 hydrological analysis tools. Hypsometric Integral (HI) values in the EPS were extracted here in order to quantitatively study the relationship between evolving geomorphic conditions and tectonics, lithologies, and climate.
