Integration of metabolomics and transcriptomics reveals the mechanism of Drynaria fortunei induced osteoblast differentiation of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells

Drynaria fortunei(DR) is a traditional Chinese medicine and commonly used for bone repair with its good anti-osteoporosis and anti-inflammatory bioactivity. Some previous studies have shown that DR promotes cell proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts. The aim of this study was to stimulate the osteogenic differentiation of MSCs by DR and reveal the related mechanisms.
