Leaf is an important organ of pineapple,and D-Leaf is the part of pineapple'leaves with strong physiological activity and photosynthesis.The contents of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in leaves of different pineapple varieties were different, so there were differences in fertilizer management strategies. The transcriptome analysis of leaves of different pineapple varieties was helpful to find out a detailed understanding of the mechanisms of nutrient transport, accumulation, and assimilation,and discussed the differential expression of key genes in transport and assimilation of N, P, and K in D-leaves of the selected pineapple variety.The study provide the basis for pineapple differential fertilizer management.
