Galaxy-compatible AnnData object for pseudobulk analysis

The dataset used in this tutorial is an `AnnData` object containing a subset of single-cell RNA-seq data, specifically including non-classical monocytes (NCM) and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs) from bone marrow and peripheral blood samples.

It has been preprocessed and annotated with the metadata required for pseudobulk analysis, including cell type labels, condition, batch, and tissue of origin.

This subset has been prepared for educational purposes and will be used to demonstrate how to perform pseudobulk aggregation and differential expression analysis in Galaxy.
