Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Perimeter of PPRT of the establishment Picoty/SDLP (Sté du Dépôt de La Pallice) in the municipality of La Rochelle in Charente-Maritime

This dataset contains the boundaries at the different stages of the development of the PPRT. The characteristic of these perimeters is to be the consequence of an official act and to produce their effects from a specified date. This is the following: — prescribed scope contained in the prescription order of a PPR (natural or technological); — scope of risk exposure that corresponds to the scope regulated by the approved RPP. This approved perimeter is a utility easement (PM3 for PPRTs); — scope of study which corresponds to the envelope in which the hazards were studied.本数据集收录了PPRT开发各阶段的边界信息。此类范围边界的核心特征为：均为官方行为的产物，并自指定日期起产生法律效力，具体包括以下三类： — 由PPR（含自然类与技术类）的规制指令所载明的法定范围； — 对应经核准RPP所规制内容的风险暴露范围，该核准后的范围为公用役权（适用于PPRT的PM3）； — 与危险源研究覆盖范围相对应的研究范畴。
