The transcription factor Mef2d regulates B:T synapse-dependent GC-Tfh differentiation and IL-21-mediated humoral immunity

Comparison of transcriptome between PD1+CXCR5+ Tfh and PD1-CXCR5- non-Tfh compartments developed by control and Mef2d-RV OTII CD4 T cells Control and Mef2d-RV CD45.1+ OTII CD4 T cells were adoptively transferred into C57BL/6J mice, which were subsequently immunized with NP-OVA. On day 3 after immunization, CD45.1+ OTII CD4 T cells in the popliteal lymph nodes were enriched and were stained to identify CD4+ CD45.1+ PD1+ CXCR5+ Tfh cells and CD4+ CD45.1+ PD1- CXCR5- non-Tfh cells. Tfh and non-Tfh cells were sorted for RNA-seq analysis.
