Role of AEBP1 in LX-2 cells

To investigate the role of AEBP1 involved in hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), we inhibited AEBP1 expression by specific siRNA in human HSC line LX-2 cells. Total RNA was loaded for bulk RNA sequencing. Human HSC line LX-2 cells were cultured in minimum essential medium (MEM) supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (Thermo Scientific) and 100 U/mL penicillin and streptomycin (Thermo Scientific). Human AEBP1 gene specific siRNA (50 nM, Ribobio, China) or scrambled siRNA (50 nM, Ribobio, China) were transfected into LX-2 cells using Lipofectamine 3000 regent (Invitrogen, USA) for 48 hours.
