This study investigated the strain-specific effects of Bifidobacterium adolescentis 150 and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus K32 on the transcriptional landscape of B16-F1 murine melanoma cells. Bulk RNA-seq analysis revealed distinct, strain-dependent alterations in gene expression profiles, suggesting species-specific immunomodulatory or metabolic interactions between probiotics and melanoma. These findings provide insights into microbial-tumor crosstalk and potential therapeutic avenues.
