This is a BGI-tech standard DGE(digital gene expression profiling technology) of 12 Chenopodium quinoa seedling samples via MGISEQ-2000 technology. The 12 samples include 3 control ones (C1, C2, C3, biological repeat), 3 NaCl(200 mM) treated ones (S1, S2, S3, biological repeat), 3 alkali(100 mM Na2CO3/NaHCO3, pH 9.0) treated ones (A1, A2, A3, biological repeat) and 3 PEG6000 (10%) treated ones(P1, P2, P3, biological repeat). This data is used to analyze the similarity and difference of responses to saline, alkaline and hyperosmotic stresses in quinoa.
