Transcriptomes of thirteen healthy feline tissue types

Assembled transcriptome gtf file of 78 total healthy feline tissues (13 different tissue types: adipose, brain cortex, hip joint capsule, cardiac, renal cortex, renal medulla, ileum, jejunum, liver, pancreas, round ligament of the femoral head, skin, and thyroid gland). This is the gtf file (output of Stringtie) of bulk RNAseq data for the paper entitled "Transcriptomes of thirteen healthy feline tissue types".
