We used 10x Genomics Single Cell 3’v3.1 scRNA sequencing to investigate the cellular heterogeneity in chronic pancreatitis using pancreases of three CP mice. Mice were induced by daily subcutaneous re-injections of caerulein for 28 days Overall design: ScRNA profiles of three pancreas tissue from CP mice day 28 post-Cearulein exposed. 10480 individual cells were obtained with 1303 median genes detected per cell.
