Traditional Chinese Medicine Multi-dimensional Knowledge Graph (TCM-MKG)

The Traditional Chinese Medicine Multi-dimensional Knowledge Graph (TCM-MKG) is an open-source data platform developed by Jingqi Zeng to integrate and standardize knowledge from traditional Chinese medicine and modern biomedical science. It consolidates data from more than 30 authoritative resources and supports globally interoperable research through alignment with standards such as ICD-11, UMLS, MeSH, and DOID.

TCM-MKG is openly released in a structured tabular format and serves as a foundation for knowledge graph construction, graph-based analysis, relational reasoning, and interpretable AI in TCM research. Its public online platform, TCMXAI (https://www.tcmxai.com/), provides interactive data retrieval, association analysis, entity-relation graph visualization, and browser-based access to the GraphAI-for-TCM model for mechanism prediction and compatibility interpretation.
