The dataset are raw data collected from in-vivo and in-vitro experiments, including IHC staining, western blot and Real-time PCR, etc. Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is the most common diabetic complication and a major cause of the end-stage renal disease (ESRD) worldwide. In our present study, we investigated the pathological mechanisms of DKD and explored new therapeutic approaches. All experimental protocols and the animal were authorized and supervised by the Committee on the Use of Live Animals in Teaching and Research (CULATR).<br>
