FT-IR spectra

This dataset contains the data and files related to the experimental research article “Upcycling depolymerized PET waste into polyhydroxyalkanoates and triacylglycerols by a newly isolated Rhodococcus sp. strain.” (DOI: 10.1186/s44314-025-00019-4). The dataset includes: - Fourier-transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra of three batches of PET depolymerization residue (REX-PET) and commercial terephthalic acid (TPA). - FT-IR characterization of triacylglycerols (TAGs) and poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) produced by Rhodococcus sp. strain Ave7. - Six CSV files containing spectral data (wavenumber and intensity): FT-IR REX-PET sample1.csv FT-IR REX-PET sample2.csv FT-IR REX-PET sample3.csv FT-IR commercial TPA.csv FT-IR TAGs.csv FT-IR PHBV.csv - A readme.txt file providing metadata and documentation for reproducibility. All spectra files report the corresponding FT-IR shifts and intensities. The dataset is directly linked to the publication for transparency and compliance with FAIR principles.
