Comparative Genomic Analysis of Multiple Mammary Tumors from a single dog: Whole Genome Sequencing Study

This study conducted whole genome sequencing (WGS) analysis on seven different types of mammary gland tumors (MGTs) and one whole blood sample derived from a single dog. Tumor occurrences like this case are extremely rare, and being from a single case, the genetic information in all eight samples was identical, enabling the comparison of somatic mutations among histopathologically distinct tumors.
