Raw Sequence data for: Diverse microbial communities assemble on both recalcitrant and labile carbon sources

The compressed files contains the raw 16S sequence data described in "Diverse microbial communities assemble on both recalcitrant and labile carbon sources" as fastq files. It also contains the filtered files, the error correction outputs and quality profiles of DADA2, the silva database used for assigning phylogeny, the read tracks, the sequence table and the phylogeny. The file map_sequence_name_sample.xlsx maps the name of the sequences to the samples, in particular, the environment, replicate, round of transfer, and day within the round.
