**Medication Coder:** This model was designed to extract medication-related information within clinical text and code it with respect to various taxonomies. This pre-trained resolver pipeline is capable of identifying medications and their associated adverse reactions (ADE), as well as linking them to a range of medical coding systems such as RxNorm, UMLS (Unified Medical Language System), NDC (National Drug Code), SNOMED CT (Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine - Clinical Terms), and action/treatment information. For branded medications, this pipeline provides details regarding action or treatments associated with the identified medications. In the case of non-branded medications, SNOMED codes are provided as part of the output.
