This is the datasets used to support our study on the pharmacological effects of terpenes in C. elegans. The title of the article is :"Terpenes as Modulators of Nociceptive Signaling: Behavioral and Molecular Insights from Caenorhabditis elegans"
Proteomic data were generated using a Thermo Scientific Q Exactive Plus Orbitrap Mass Spectrometer operating in TOP 12 DDA. Protein identification and quantification were performed using FragPipe (version 22.0) with the MSFragger search engine. Differential protein expression analysis was conducted using datasets generated by FragPipe (version 22.0) and its online tool FragPipe-Analyst Extracted parameters included the log₂ abundance ratio (experimental group vs. N2 control), corresponding p-values, p-adjusted values, and protein accession identifiers. Functional enrichment analysis was performed using ClusterProfiler, incorporating Gene Ontology (GO) biological process (BP) annotation and Reactome pathways.
