Data for: Pigment disorganization in <i>Salvia rosmarinus</i> under drought and nitrogen addition in a Mediterranean shrubland

This dataset accompanies the publication “Pigment disorganization in <i>Salvia rosmarinus</i> under drought and nitrogen addition in a Mediterranean shrubland.” It contains the full set of pigment concentrations used to evaluate how concurrent global change drivers, prolonged drought and elevated atmospheric nitrogen deposition, affect photosynthetic and photoprotective pigments in <i>Salvia rosmarinus</i> in central Spain. The dataset includes concentrations of eight key pigments (chlorophyll-a and -b, lutein, neoxanthin, β-carotene, antheraxanthin, zeaxanthin, and violaxanthin) measured across four nitrogen addition levels (0, 10, 20, and 50 kg N ha⁻¹ yr⁻¹) at the end of a prolonged dry period and following a post-drought recovery phase. Associated environmental and treatment metadata are provided for full replicability and reuse.
