Data and code to reproduce analyses in Li et al, "Assessment of enzyme diversity in the fermented food microbiome".

This datasets archives the data and code to reproduce analyses for the article Li et al, "Assessment of enzyme diversity in the fermented food microbiome". Among them, the prok_mag_orf_enzyme_sequence.fasta and euk_mag_orf_enzyme_sequence.fasta files contain the enzyme sequences of MAGs predicted to be from prokaryotes or eukaryotes, respectively. The metadata.csv file contains the CLEAN prediction annotation results and sample-food category mapping information. The cfmd_reset.Rmd file is the code used to reproduce this work. The two files cfmd_reset.tar.gz and cfmd_copy.tar.gz contain the process files generated in our analysis.
