Self-administered Life History Calendar instrument assessing adolescent sexual risk-taking

Study: <b>Development of a Brief Sexual Health History Calendar for Youth</b><br>This project aimed to develop and tested a mixed-method sexual risk assessment for adolescents at a public teen health clinic serving underinsured and uninsured adolescents. Study Phase One assessed the clinical feasibility and utility as well as youth appraisal of the instrument compared to the standard clinical patient survey. In Phase Two, the LHC instrument was adapted based on youth feedback to incorporate a brief behavior change component.
