Agents with inhibitory properties of melanoma cells

Data on the agents (L-kynurenine, MAZ-51, CTCE-9908) that inhibit melanoma cells. The data was collected from the in vitro experiments by the Department of Anatomy and Physiology, University of Pretoria.  Data-driven modeling methods we reviewed and employed because these methods are capable of discovering the underlying dynamics of complex systems. Thereafter,  mechanistic model were considered, that describes the dynamics of inhibition/proliferation of a cancer cell.
