The Zhongcai Shutan CaaS System, developed by Zhongcai Shutan (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., is a new-generation quantitative management platform in China's carbon asset management sector, with its technical core built upon the "Qilin Carbon Leadership Financial Engine". The "Qilin Carbon Leadership Financial Engine" was developed by the Carbon Technology Innovation Team of the Central University of Finance and Economics – Zhongcai Shutan (DIGICARBON) – and was specifically designed to address the challenges faced by enterprises and emission reduction project owners in carbon asset trading and risk management. Boasting a cutting-edge financial-grade quantitative trading architecture, the product integrates multiple core functions including carbon data governance, quantitative analysis of carbon assets, automated trading strategies, real-time risk control and monitoring, carbon performance analysis, and carbon sink asset management. Technically, it integrates nearly a hundred core algorithms and standardized API service interfaces, fully covering all business scenarios in carbon asset management. This engine can generate automated, high-granularity carbon trading plans based on real-time market data, as well as precise carbon asset risk management models for real-time analysis and monitoring of trading risks and compliance risks. In terms of application scope, the product supports real-time connectivity with domestic and international mainstream carbon markets, and can automatically execute trading instructions.
