资源简介:
Fertilization and tillage reversal is critical land management approaches in a long-term no-tillage system. The influence of fertilization and tillage reversal on the bacterial community, however, is still unclear in the Gray Luvisol. We studied the impact of nitrogen fertilization and tillage reversal on the composition, structure, and function of the bacterial community in the Gray Luvisol soils with no-tillage (CK), tillage reversal (TR), and nitrogen fertilization and tillage reversal (TN) treatments. Comparing with the bacterial communities in CK and TR treatment, nitrogen fertilization increased the relative abundance of Deltaproteobacteria, Alphaproteobacteria, Spartobacteria, Saprospirae, and Planctomycetia, and decreased the relative abundance of Gemmatimonadetes, Thermoleophilia, Gammaproteobacteria, and Solibacteria. The bacterial community structure in soils with TN treatments was significantly different with those in soils with CK and TR treatment. Nitrogen fertilization associated with more dominant OTUs than tillage reversal and inter-annual variation. Moreover, the metagenomes predicted with 16S rRNA genes in the soils with the TN treatment were different with those in the soils with the CK and TR treatments. Therefore, nitrogen fertilization was the main factor controlling the composition, structure, and function of the bacterial community in the Gray Luvisol.
