This dataset includes two parts: (1) The spatial molecular imaging data from 13 PDAC tumors with or without chemotherapy treatment. Raw Images and cell segmentation results were included in the SMI_images folder; Raw count matrix, metadata, and cell type annotations were included in the PDAC_raw_meta_data.h5ad file. (2) The processed snRNA-seq data of co-cultured CAF<strong>–</strong>malignant tumoroid in the seurat object file.
