Targeted groups of corporate welfare services in Italy 2020

According to a survey conducted in Italy in 2020, the beneficiaries of corporate welfare services were not only the employees but also their family members. This was the case for about half of the interviewed companies. A small share of enterprises also involved local communities, other suppliers, clients, and partners as well as retired employees. On the other hand, 36 percent of companies did not provide any welfare services for groups besides employees.
