Comparison of bacterial flora of peri-implantitis and periodontitis before and after treatment part1. oral metagenome

The next generation sequencer was used to comprehensively analyze the bacterial flora of chronic periodontitis and peri-implantitis. This data contains 16S rDNA sequence before and after peri-implantitis and periodontitis treatment. It is expected to identify bacteria specific to peri-implantitis by comparing the bacterial flora of both diseases before and after treatment.
