Allele carrier frequencies are shown in parenthesis (%). Alleles with more than 1% of the frequency in controls are shown. Association was tested by Fisher's exact test using 2×2 contingency tables. RPE were tested by sequential elimination of carriers of each of the alleles DRB1*15:01, *13:02, *14:03, *04:06, *08:02, *08:03 and *04:03.
