Raw data used to graph Figure S12 in the ESI. Depicts the labeled 1H-NMR spectra at 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, and 55 min of mixing CEES in 5% (w/v) SDBS with 2% (w/v) EG. The integral of EG was calibrated to 1 for each spectrum. The integrals of the labeled peaks in comparison to EG’s were measured over time and reported in Figure S10. EG had a consistent shift at 3.57 ppm, as determined from an NMR spectrum containing only SDBS and EG.
