Data and code for Regional synchrony and diversity redistribution characterize annual dynamics of intertidal sediment prokaryotic communities

Processed data and analysis code supporting the manuscript Regional synchrony and diversity redistribution characterize annual dynamics of intertidal sediment prokaryotic communities. The study sampled five fixed intertidal areas in Sanya Bay, China, monthly throughout 2024 (60 area-month observations). The archive contains a 10,749-ASV count table and taxonomy, alpha-diversity estimates, sample and environmental metadata, numerical figure source data, machine-readable Tables S1–S12, R analysis code, dependency records, execution instructions, and checksums. Raw 16S rRNA gene reads are archived separately under NCBI BioProject PRJNA1455678. This release starts from processed counts and does not reconstruct the original raw-read processing workflow. Manuscripts, copyrighted fonts, and third-party geographic artwork are not included. Original data and documentation are licensed under CC BY 4.0; original analysis code is licensed under MIT.
